1.As customer/technical manager in China, in charge of maintaining and technical supporting for all Chinese customers to build long term and friendly cooperation relationship. Take part in plant and northface outlet.*By phone, fax, email and site visit, getting plant operation data of the plant and product market. Working out reasonable suggestions to current operation parameters in order to make the plant run in optimum performance with lower operation cost.*On site visit, listening to customers' requests and complaints, by compiling, analyzing and processing, working out reasonable solutions independently or by backup from mother company. Analyzing and reporting north face outlet from customers to the headquarter to facilitate the improvement of our product, technology and design.*Keeping in close touch with industry association to be updated about current market and developing prospect.2. Providing full support for the Chinese projects under construction and in operation, including:*Arrangement and translation for project meetings, such as kick-off meeting, process review meeting, engineering review meeting and so on, to facilitate the meetings going well and smoothly *Responsible for clarifying all process questions and problems coming up during project execution, and coordinating to solve kinds of questions in fields of instrument, electrical, mechanical, civil and so on;*Managing the activities on the ground done by instrument engineers, electrical engineers, mechanical engineer from our own cheap northface jackets and the customer, contractor and representative from engineering consultant company to successfully start up Formaldehyde plants within time schedule.*Open case inspection of all imported equipment, checking and accepting vessels manufactured domestically in workshops.*Training customers' operators for practical skills.---Being fully engaged in all stages of the project execution to facilitate its successful and effective operation.3. Plant materials localization project. Searching for suppliers for big vessels, SS&CS pipes and piping components in China. Being actively involved in all tasks including contact, primary communication, site inspection, technical and business negotiation and final evaluation.---The work can decrease project investment by 20~30% and enhance our company's competitiveness at home and abroad.4. Being involved in technical and commercial meeting, import & export of equipment and catalyst, gaining experience of sales and negotiation.
